Family Practice - Our commitment and interest in medicine is to serve the entire family, from the youngest to the oldest. Our current practice includes newborn care, family planning, pediatrics, medicine and minor surgical procedures. There will be situations when consultations with other specialists will be appropriate and your personal physician will help arrange this. At all times, your family physician remains an advocate for you and your family in all health related matters.

Monday - Thursday 8 am - 5 pm
Friday 8 am - 12 noon

After Hours Clinic - We provide urgent care that is open to both Primary care Associates patients and the entire Bartlesville community. Medical care is provided on a first come first served basis. Medication refills and routine follow up care is performed during regular office hours ONLY.

5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Mon. - Thur. and 9:00 a.m. - noon on Saturday

Health Maintenance - In addition to caring for you and your family when you are ill, your physician will work with you to prevent illness from occurring or detect it at an early stage when treatment may be most effective. This is called health maintenance - with our goal being to keep you well.

Other Services - We offer the convenience of on-site services such as laboratory tests, bone density testing, exercise tolerance tests, x-rays, and breathing treatments. On site SPECT scans can also be scheduled. We also have programs in smoking cessation, diabetes education, and hypertension treatment. Please notify us of your interest in one of these and our staff will be happy to assist you in setting up an appointment for this.

When procedures are done through the hospital, you will receive a separate statement from the hospital. You will also receive a separtate statement for the radiologist's interpretation of x-rays and certain procedures.
